About the Role

We are seeking experienced Nursing Home Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join a respected network of care providers in Mansfield while making a real difference in the lives of residents and service users. As an RGN, you will deliver person-centred, clinically safe care and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. Our clients operate on a 24/7 basis providing high-quality care, including dementia support, end-of-life care, and complex health needs management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised care plans
  • Administer medication and manage clinical duties safely and effectively
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants and care staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards

Essential Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience within Nursing Homes.
  • Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK
  • Up-to-date DBS certificate (on the Update Service)
  • Completed mandatory training
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Two professional references will be required as part of pre-employment check

Desirable Experience

  • Leadership or mentorship training
  • Familiarity with electronic patient records (EPR)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, but not essential depending on client needs)
